Woods Powergrip - P1 Lifter

The Woods Powr-Grip P1 Vacuum Lifter is a compact, lightweight vacuum lifting system designed for safe and efficient handling of large glass panels and other smooth, nonporous materials. With a lifting capacity of up to 700 lbs (320 kg), the P1 combines impressive capacity with a narrow profile that makes it well suited for glazing installations, shop handling, and jobsite applications where maneuverability is important.

The P1 uses four 11-inch vacuum pads and a dual vacuum system with two independent air-line circuits, providing additional redundancy while handling suspended loads. Woods Powr-Grip’s Intelli-Grip® technology continuously monitors vacuum and power conditions and provides operators with visual and audible system information throughout the lifting process.

For positioning glass during installation, the P1 provides 180° manual rotation with locking positions at each quarter turn and 90° manual tilt between upright and flat orientations. An adjustable-position lift spool also allows the operator to optimize the lifter’s hanging angle for different installation conditions.

Powered by an onboard rechargeable 12-volt battery, the P1 operates without external power cords or air lines, making it easy to deploy with cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, and other lifting equipment.
